Pre Sale Information

There are a few different ways that you can shop before the sale opens to the public.
Volunteers shop first, beginning at 6:15am for volunteers who work 2 shifts.  Our sale is fully staffed by volunteers so they are the first to shop to show our appreciation. Visit Volunteering to learn more about helping out at the sale and being one of the first to shop.
Early shopping passes are available for purchase for $25 and this entire amount is donated to Divine Mercy Outreach. Each pass allows one person to enter the sale at 7:15am, 45 minutes before the doors open to the public.  Beat the lines and purchase a pass.
As a thank you for the services provided to our kids and our country, teachers, military, and first responders can enter our sale early. Please have a valid photo ID (or a copy of your spouse’s ID) showing your status at the sale entrance for entry at 7:30am. You may shop with your spouse (or use their ID), but we cannot allow you to bring friends or children with you to shop at this time.  Contact us with any questions.

Each consignor receives one pass to enter the sale 15 minutes before the public and these passes are transferable to a friend or family member.  We know many of our consignors also volunteer and therefore already shop early so we created these passes as an added thank you for consigning with us.

Important Information about our Pre-sale

Children under 10 are not allowed to enter the pre-sale out of safety for them and fairness to other shoppers.  The only exception to this is nursing infants who can be held in a soft carrier.  If you arrive at the pre sale with young children, you will be asked to wait for the public sale at 8am.

Each person will be allowed one space in line.  You cannot hold a space for another person who is arriving later, nor can you bring a guest with you to shop (only exception is for teachers, military, & first responders who may bring a spouse).  If you would like to shop with a friend, have them contact us about volunteering to get pre-sale access.

Numbers are handed out for the pre-sale.  One number is given to one person.  You cannot get a number (or hold a space) for someone arriving later.  Once you have your number, you are welcome to wait in your car until a few minutes before your entry time.
