🗓️ Sale Hours

  • 6:15 & 6:45 AM – Volunteer Entry (first access for workers based on shifts)
  • 7:30 AM – Early Shopping Pass ($25, donated to Divine Mercy Outreach)
  • 7:30 AM – Expecting Parents Early Entry (pre-registration required; bring one guest)
  • 8:00 AM – Early Entry for Teachers, Military, First Responders & Healthcare Workers (valid photo ID required; spouses may shop too)
  • 8:30 AM – Seller Early Entry (exclusive consignor pass)
  • 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Public Shopping (FREE entry; line numbers distributed starting at 6:00 AM)
  • 12:00 – 12:30 PM – Closed (reset for half-price sale)
  • 12:30 – 2:00 PM – Half-Price Sale (most items 50% off; exclusions marked on tags)
  • 2:15 – 3:30 PM – Seller Pick-Up (not open for shopping)
  • 4:00 – 5:00 PM – Clear the Racks! $5 fill-a-bag clearance—100% of proceeds go to Divine Mercy Outreach; leftovers are donated to local charities.

🎟️ Pre-Sale Access (Shop Early!)

There are multiple ways to shop before the public:

  • Volunteer Entry: 6:15/6:45 AM (based on workshift)
  • Early Shopping Pass: $25 pass at 7:30 AM; entire amount benefits Divine Mercy Outreach
  • Expecting Parents: Pre-register for 7:30 AM early entry (bring one guest)
  • Teachers, Military, First Responders, Healthcare Workers: 8:00 AM entry with valid ID
  • Consignors: Transferable 8:30 AM entry pass

❗ Important: Children are not permitted during pre-sale shopping for safety and fairness. The only exception is nursing infants in a soft carrier.

🚫 Policies & Reminders

  • No strollers, wagons, or wheeled carts allowed during shopping. Please leave them in your car or at the door.
  • All sales are final—no returns or exchanges.
  • Each person may only hold one spot in line. Numbers are handed out starting at 6:00 AM and are one per person—you cannot hold a place for others.
  • Shoppers must exit the sale during the transition times (12:00 – 12:30 PM) and (2:00 – 4:00 PM) – shoppers can re-enter through the front door at the next sale entry time.
